How Frag works

• Your deposit is held by Frag (custodial). Your balance is a ledger entry; withdrawals are paid from the Frag treasury on BNB Chain.
• Every position you open is mirrored one-to-one as an isolated-margin position on a partner CS2 perpetuals venue. Frag never takes the other side of your trade.
• Execution, mark price, funding and liquidation happen on the venue. If the venue fails, Frag's ability to pay out is impaired — size accordingly.
• Beta limits: max $500 collateral per position, 20x leverage, $5 minimum withdrawal.
